By THSR:

• Disembark at Taichung Station.
• Transfer to a THSR shuttle bus to Tuku Stop, or
• Transfer to Bus No. 159 at HSR Taichung Stop in THSR Bus Transfer Station and disembark at Yingcai - Xitun Intersection Stop (passing seven stops in total). Then transfer to Bus No. 51 to the Center.

By Train:

• If you have an available transportation vehicle (such as a rented car): Go northeast on Zhongshan Road and turn left towards Jianguo Road. On the first intersection, turn left to merge onto Jianguo Road and keep right along the road. Then turn right onto Linsen Road (County Road No. 136) and go straight along the road. Finally, when arriving at Yingcai Road, you’ll see the Center on your left. Parking lots are available in the Center.

Transfer to a bus:

1. Walk about 41 meters from Taichung Railway Station to “Taichung Railway Station Stop” and take Bus No. 71.
2. Walk about 117 meters from Taichung Railway Station to “Taichung Railway Station Stop” and take Bus No. 75.
3. Walk about 117 meters from Taichung Railway Station to “Taichung Railway Station Stop” and take Bus No. 75-2.
4. Walk about 32 meters from Taichung Railway Station to “Taichung Railway Station Stop” and take Bus No. 5.
5. Walk about 197 meters from Taichung Railway Station to “Taichung Railway Station Stop” and take Bus No. 40.
6. Walk about 210 meters from Taichung Railway Station to “Taichung Railway Station Stop” and take Bus No. 30.

By Car:

• National Highway No. 1 (exit at Zhonggang Interchange)→Taiwan Boulevard→Turn right onto Yingcai Road.
• National Highway No. 1 (exit at Nantun Interchange)→Wuquan West Road→Turn left onto Xiangshang Road→Turn right onto Yingcai Road.
• National Highway No.3 (exit at Kuaiguan Interchange)→Zhongzhang Expressway (exit at Wuquan West Road)→Turn left to Xiangshang Road→Turn right onto Yingcai Road.
• Zhongzhang Expressway (exit at Wuquan West Road)→Turn left onto Xiangshang Road→Turn right onto Yingcai Road.
• Zhongtou Expressway (exit at Wuquan South Road)→Merge onto Wuquan Road→Turn left onto Yingcai Road.
